East Coast Flooring Ltd. have completed Phase 1 of total Kitchen Floor refurbishment. This involved removing ceramic tiles, existing underlay screeds, to a sound base. This was relayed using a Fast Cure Polymer Resin Underlay Screed ready to receive 9mm Pumadur HF Polyurethane Resin Screed. This is Phase 1 of 8 visits. This Work was carried out during a busy period for a live kitchen hotel.
Maintenance Manager Paul Ward confirmed all East Coast Flooring Ltd.’s operatives were very professional starting from site survey throughout to completing works even when encountering different scope of works during preparation. All works were carried out during a very busy time as the Kitchen remained in full production with 400-500 guests.
